As driving force of belt conveyor, hoister and other equipment, electric drum is widely used in mining, metallurgy, telecommunications, food, cement, tabacco & other departments. It can transport a variety of bulk, blocky materials and other finished goods.
Compared with general speed-reducing machanism, electric drums have the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, good sealing, easy installation & simple maintenance etc.
1.2 Advantages:
The electric drums produced by our company has two transmission forms of planetary & cycloid gears. With the installation of built-in motor, external motor and mobile type, we have a total series of BYJD, BYJD1, YJT, WD, WT and other products. And each series of roller can be packed with rubber. We have three kinds of rubber surface of flat, herringbone & diamond. The electric drum can also append backstop function. And for built-in motor roller it has oil cooling type & oil-immersed type, for external motor roller it has horizontal in-line type, vertical motor type and horizontal vertical type. the coupling there's flexible pin coupling and hydraulic coupling.
The roller can be used in dust, humidity, muddy and open-air working sites. It is suitable for ambient temperature from -20 to 40 degree, and can not be used for high-temperature materials and explosive places. The suitable altitudes should be no more than 1000m above sea level. And it should be installed level.

BYD cycloid oil cooled electric roller driving device of belt conveyor, used to drag the tape to the machine running, it can be widely used at present -- instead of motor reducer composed of external driving device.
Conditions of use:
1, BYD type oil cooled electric roller sealing good, so it can be used to dust, wet and muddy places.
2, BYD type oil cooled electric roller with a junction box sealing structure, so it can be with the host installation work in the open air.
3, BYD type oil cooled electric roller used in working environment temperature 15 °C ~ +40. C, the elevation does not exceed 1 DOO M.
4, BYD oil cooled electric roller is not suitable for high temperature materials.
5, BYD type oil cooled electric roller can not be applied to the places with explosion-proof requirements.

Use and lubrication:
1, drum after installation, should be injected into the lubricating oil to the drum radius 2 / 3 height, oil too much or too little will affect the efficiency and the normal operation of the drum.
2, cylinder should be no-load operation for a period of time in the official before the operation, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, and then gradually loading vehicle.
3, choose 300 mechanical oil lubrication oil in winter, summer 400 selection of machine oil.
4, cylinder in the running for 100 - 200 hours, should be replaced with new oil, after every 3000 hours of operation to replace a oil. Refueling, please pay special attention to oil cleanliness.
5, in the cylinder in operation, when a sudden rise in temperature and abnormal noise, should immediately stop check, in the correct troubleshooting before then put into operation.
